User Permissions - Geobank Mobile/Geobank for Field Teams

Relates to versions - Micromine Geobank Mobile [phone]) & Geobank for Field Teams 2022 (22.0.268.1) or Higher

This guide has been produced to inform Information Technology teams of the required user permissions for Micromine Geobank Mobile / Geobank For Field Teams installations.

To ensure user databases and application configurations are preserved correctly, it is important to configure the user permissions for the path C:\ProgramData\Micromine and its sub-folders accordingly.

Conditions:

1. Users, or user groups must be explicitly defined. Implied or effective permissions are not sufficient.
2. 'Full Control' of the folder is preferred as this will decrease the diagnostic requirements should issues be encountered.
3. The images below show a Local User 'Field D Geologist'. This should be replaced with a Domain User or Group for easier management.
