This KBA was created to support Geobank administrators adjusting report size over multiple pages when configuring graphic reports.
When configuring a graphic report, you must first consider the level of detail in the report, the sheet size and whether the report is expected to run over multiple pages. There are three key areas to adjust your report dimensions – sheet properties, downhole graphs / text column heights and scale bar.
Sheet properties
In the configuration of a graphic report, under the configuration tab --> Designer tab --> Sheet properties.

Depending on the level of detail in your report, the Page Setup properties can be altered – Page Size, Orientation, Page Dimensions, Margins and Report Dimensions.

Downhole Graphs & Text Column Heights
Set all applicable downhole graphs and text columns to your report dimensions (or slightly less) under the Size properties.

Scale Bar
Under the scale bar properties, set the size to your report dimensions (or slightly less), and hide it if possible. Downhole reports are typically scaled to depths, and generally speaking the depths will be displayed in your report.

Depending on the level of detail, use a fixed range to break up your report over multiple pages i.e. 100m like the screenshot below.

Set the paging settings as per below example, replicating your initial fixed range here again.
